PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE RECYCLABLE ITEMS AT THE TRAILERS AFTER DESIGNATED HOURS - Volunteers will assist you unload!

ITEMS ACCEPTABLE & MARKETABLE

  • Paper – Newsprint, paper bags, magazines, catalogs, office & computer paper (even shredded), junk mail, paperboard (cereal/shoe boxes) & books (soft & hardbound).
  • Cardboard Boxes – except wax covered, flatten to save space.
  • Metals – Aluminum & bi-metal beverage cans, aluminum foil wrap & baking ware, food cans, canning lids, scrap metals, metal baking dishes (w/o non-stick coating), metal food can lids, metal clothes hangers, empty paint cans & aerosol cans.
  • Plastic – Any plastic container that is marked #1-#7 - except hazardous waste containers (oil, pesticides & herbicides).
  • Glass – All glass jars/bottles.

ITEMS NOT ACCEPTABLE – NOT MARKETABLE

  • Wax Covered Paper/Cardboard - no paper or cardboard with wax covering, such as milk/juice boxes or waxed fruit or vegetable produce boxes.
  • Metals – folding outdoor chairs with webbing attached! Remove the webbing!
  • Glass – mirrors, windshields, light bulbs, laboratory glass, crystal, windowpanes, ovenware, opaque milk glass or beverage glass.
  • Plastic – plastic wrap, food storage bags, tableware, dishes, no Styrofoam, plastic toys, produce bags, dog or cat food bags.
  • Electronics & Batteries or Clothing
